If you’ve been struggling to login, here’s why… We’ve currently locked everyone out!

But don’t worry though… we still love you! It’s just that we’re about to launch a new website and begin our real journey of growth.

As a part of that, we’re about to move into “Alpha” mode. This is a phase in the software release cycle in which we perfect things using real data.

So, if you want to manage your profile right now, you’ve got 3 options…

  • Option 1: Be Patient
  • Option 2: Contact Us
  • Option 3: Join as an Early Adopter

Let me explain…

Option 1: Be patient

We expect to move out of Alpha some time in February. So, your first option is to just be patient.  And like Rousseau once said, “patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet”.

If, however, your profile has information that is incorrect, you should look into Option 2… contacting us.

Option 2: Contact us

Just like you, we don’t want any  incorrect information on your profile. So, if this is the case, contact us and we’ll fix it straight away.

Let us know exactly what is wrong and how to make it right. Just don’t try and squeeze in any changes that don’t relate to factual corrections. For those (and any big changes), you’ll need to join us as an Early Adopter.

Option 3: Join as an Early Adopter

As mentioned in previous posts, we’re providing 50 Early Adopters with a concierge-like service. If there’s any space left, you could become an Early Adopter and we’ll make any changes that you like. We’ll even give you direct help in your effort to capture as many recommendations as possible.

So, to summarise, even though we’ve locked you out, we still love you. You can either be patient, contact us or join as an Early Adopter.
