Our trip from Al Ain to Dubai just to have our son checked by Dr. Delphine has been worth it! Her knowledge on lactation and also children with tongue tie helped us a lot in determining the possible cause of my problems in breastfeeding. She explained to us clearly how everything affects breastfeeding.

She is very friendly, patient and her expertise in this matter is really excellent. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my son for almost 1 month now since we came there to her clinic. If it weren't for her help and her follow up emails, I could have given up and shifted to formula feeding. I am so glad we came to see her.

Dr. Delphine’s high awareness of my baby’s feeding issue quickly solved the problem that we had been suffering from for months. She has an outstandingly calm approach and could pinpoint the issue very quickly, in fact so quickly that my baby managed to latch on and feed right at the clinic after the first visit.

Dr. Dupuis was patient, delicate and absolutely thorough. These were all the things I had heard about her before I visited her at Symbiosis from the La Leche League. Going through a difficult phase of breast feeding my 7 month old, suffering from what other lactation consultants had considered Reynaud's Phenomenon, Dr. Delphine after all the questions figured it had something to do with the baby as compared to me and she finally was able to put all my worries for the past 7 months to rest by identifying that my baby had a slightly tied tongue. It explained why she would suckle for hours together and not get enough milk and why I had contracted a severe infection.

She prescribed an antiseptic ointment that cured the pain and infection within 2 days (though she recommended to continue for 7 days - which I did) and then asked me to email her with an update.

She went beyond the obvious and enlightened us about my daughters potential gap in her teeth and asked us to meet with a dentist within the first 3 years to have it corrected early on as compared to making my little one suffer with braces later on. This is why I have decided to continue to have my beautiful 10 month daughter meet with her just to make sure all is on track!

Dr. Delphine was recommended to me by a good friend, and I first went to see her because I was having issues breast feeding. She was the first to diagnose my then 3-month-old son with tongue tie. I was referred to Dr. Delphine by a breastfeeding counselor when I had trouble nursing my newborn baby. She diagnosed and clipped our daughter's tongue-tie and lip-tie and spend over 2 hours with me on the first appointment watching me breastfeed and helping improve my daughter's latch.

Even though we do not live in Dubai, she has consistently kept up with me by email to ensure that all is going well with breastfeeding and our child's health. She is very supportive of breastfeeding and natural remedies instead of pushing formula and medication, though she is careful to put the health and wellbeing of patients first.
